During my tenure at Tatsu Works, I was assigned to work on an unreleased project. I was in charge of the animations and worked with various departments to ensure the animation was functioning well and look good. The animations were mainly created using Spine software and Photoshop.
For the Character production, we would create storyboards upon seeing the final character designs and game design. These storyboards will then be translated into final animations, created in Spine.

Storyboard for character Iris, and her initial set of animations featured below. FX were to be created by a vfx artist in Unity, so the effects seen are meant for timing purposes.






As the project progressed, more animated states were required for the game, so a whole suite of animations for a character increased too.
